Tarik Muhtaseb is an Associate Attorney of Shoup Legal, A Professional Law Corporation. Versatility comfortably rests in Tarik’s back pocket as he has broad ranging experience in Business and Corporate law.
In 2009, Tarik earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from the University of California, Riverside. A graduate of Southwestern Law School in 2015, he served as an Editorial Staff Member of the Southwestern Journal of International Law. While in law school, he also served as a 2014 Summer Intern in the transaction advisory department of an international law firm based in Singapore.
Prior to joining the firm, Tarik worked in-house at several corporations and business law firms that fostered his ever-growing passion to assist goal-oriented businesses achieve their objectives.
Tarik cares about giving back to the community. In 2015, he served as a Certified Volunteer Law Clerk at the Law Offices of the Public Defender, Riverside County where he advocated on behalf of indigent clients in California state court proceedings and dispositions.
Tarik is licensed to practice in the State of California.
Tarik lives in Lake Elsinore, California with his wife and two daughters.
