Meet Our Attorney Presenters:
Andrea Shoup, Esq.
Andrea Shoup is an experienced attorney specializing in Trusts, Wills, Trust Administration, Probate and Business Succession Planning serving California. She is dedicated to providing the highest level of personalized service to her clients and understands this may be an unsure and difficult time. Andrea has been certified by the California State Bar as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.
Andrea grew up on the California Central Coast, in San Luis Obispo County. In 2002, she earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Andrea decided to pursue a law degree and graduated Magna Cum Laude from California Western School of Law in 2006. While in law school, Andrea served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and was an officer of the Pro-Bono Honors Society.
Following law school, Andrea worked as a Deputy District Attorney for the San Diego District Attorney’s Office. As a felony trial attorney, Andrea was dedicated to ensuring justice was served in every case.
After leaving the District Attorney’s Office in 2012, she opened her own law practice and pursued new career. She now focuses exclusively on Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate Administration. Andrea works diligently and attentively to ensure every case and situation is handled effectively and appropriately.
Andrea enjoys getting to know each client, their concerns, and their wishes in order to tailor a plan to best serve their needs. She takes pride in providing excellent and individualized attention to each client, helping them understand every step of the process. Andrea lives in Murrieta, California with her husband and their four children.
Evan C. Page, Esq.
Evan C. Page is an experienced attorney certified by the California State Bar as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law. Evan has helped hundreds of clients by creating custom-tailored revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and other planning strategies. Evan has also represented clients with post-death administration of trusts and probate estates, as well as procedures for helping their loved ones who have become incapacitated.
Evan received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of California at Riverside. While in Law School, Evan earned honors including the Dean’s List and was the Feature Articles Editor of the Loyola University Chicago School of Law Consumer Law Review.
Evan’s approach to estate planning is to deliver quality, individualized service by designing the best legal package for each of his clients. Evan truly enjoys meeting with clients and putting at ease any concerns they may have during the estate planning process.
A native of Southern California, Evan grew up in Redlands, California, before attending law school in Chicago, Illinois. Upon graduation from law school, Evan migrated back to Southern California to practice law. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
Omid J. Afati, Esq.
Omid J. Afati is a California State Licensed Attorney who focuses his practice on estate planning, trust administration, and probate. He works closely with individuals and families to develop comprehensive estate plans that protect their legacies and help them avoid the complexities of Probate Court. Omid also guides trustees and executors through the trust administration and probate process, ensuring a smooth transition of assets.
Before dedicating his practice to estate planning, Omid spent over five years as a litigator handling trust and estate disputes, including financial elder abuse, trustee suspension and removal, trust interpretation, and accountings. His litigation experience gives him a unique perspective when crafting estate plans designed to minimize conflicts and safeguard family wealth.
Omid received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (Business) from the University at Buffalo. During law school, he co-created the Tax Law Society, connecting students with San Diego tax attorneys to explore tax law and its applications.
Outside the office, Omid enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly sailing in the San Diego Bay. He has sailed to Catalina Island multiple times and looks forward to expanding his adventures to Hawaii, Mexico, and the Caribbean Islands.
