Andrea grew up on the California Central Coast, in San Luis Obispo County. In 2002, she earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Andrea decided to pursue a law degree and graduated Magna Cum Laude from California Western School of Law in 2006. While in law school, Andrea served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and was an officer of the Pro-Bono Honors Society.
Following law school, Andrea worked as a Deputy District Attorney for the San Diego District Attorney’s Office. As a felony trial attorney, Andrea was dedicated to ensuring justice was served in every case.
After leaving the District Attorney’s Office in 2012, she opened her own law practice and pursued a new career. She now focuses exclusively on Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate Administration. Andrea works diligently and attentively to ensure every case and situation is handled effectively and appropriately.
Andrea enjoys getting to know each client, their concerns, and their wishes in order to tailor a plan to best serve their needs. She takes pride in providing excellent and individualized attention to each client, helping them understand every step of the process.

Evan C. Page is an experienced attorney certified by the California State Bar as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law. Evan has helped hundreds of clients by creating custom-tailored revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and other planning strategies. Evan has also represented clients with post-death administration of trusts and probate estates, as well as procedures for helping their loved ones who have become incapacitated.
Evan received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of California at Riverside. While in Law School, Evan earned honors including the Dean’s List and was the Feature Articles Editor of the Loyola University Chicago School of Law Consumer Law Review.
Evan’s approach to estate planning is to deliver quality, individualized service by designing the best legal package for each of his clients. Evan truly enjoys meeting with clients and putting at ease any concerns they may have during the estate planning process.
A native of Southern California, Evan grew up in Redlands, California, before attending law school in Chicago, Illinois. Upon graduation from law school, Evan migrated back to Southern California to practice law. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Omid J. Afati is a California State Licensed Attorney who focuses his practice on Estate Planning and Trust and Estate Litigation. Omid represents beneficiaries and trustees in lawsuits related to Trust and Will disputes, including financial elder abuse, suspension and removal of trustees, interpreting trust terms, and accountings. Through his litigation experience, Omid works with his clients to create custom tailored estate planning strategies that help keep families out of Probate Court.
Omid received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (Business) from University at Buffalo. While in law school, Omid co-created the Tax Law Society, which helped law students network with San Diego tax attorneys to learn more about tax law and its applications.
Outside of the office, Omid loves to spend his time outdoors, primarily sailing in the San Diego Bay. Omid has sailed to Catalina Island on multiple occasions and seeks to expand his adventures to Hawaii, Mexico, and even the Caribbean Islands.

Joanne M. Harris-Malone is a California State Licensed Attorney who focuses her practice on Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate. She is deeply committed to providing families with the highest level of competence, care, and attention to detail in creating estate plans that reflect their wishes. She connects with every client by listening to and understanding their concerns.
Prior to practicing law in the area of estate planning, Joanne represented injured workers in workers’ compensation law and advocated on their behalf to achieve medical and legal benefits. She continues to see her role as advocating for clients and providing thoughtful legal guidance and comprehensive representation.
Joanne grew up in North San Diego County. She received her Juris Doctor (J. D.) from University of California, Davis and her undergraduate degree in Political Science from University of California, Los Angeles. After raising her family and practicing law in Sonoma County for many years, Joanne has returned to North County where she practices Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate.
Outside of the office, Joanne loves spending time with her multi-generational family, participating in her community, and hiking the many beautiful Southern California trails.
Office Manager
Alasia graduated MSJC with an AA degree in social & behavioral sciences and communications. In 2020, she continued her education in completion of courses through Villanova University for strategic organizational leadership, organizational effectiveness, and HR Management.
Alasia joined the Shoup Legal team in 2020 as an Office Assistant and has grown into the position of Office Manager. You might speak to Alasia on the phone when you call into the office or see her in person when you come in. Alasia loves to meet and connect with our clients in person to put a face to a name and get to know them better.
She is a former student-athlete who played golf and collegiate softball. In her free time, you can find Alasia golfing, watching baseball, or exploring local breweries with her boyfriend. She is also an avid lover of mythology and video games.
Trust Administration Assistant
Bailey joined Shoup Legal as an Office Assistant and quickly moved into the Paralegal position in the Trust Administration department. Bailey brings over 10 years of Trust and Estates experience to the department and knows the importance of assisting clients after the loss of their loved ones.
Outside of work, Bailey enjoys gardening, watching movies, and baking. She is also an avid animal lover.

Nini joined the Shoup Legal team in 2016. She has worked in law firms located in New York City, San Francisco and finally here in Murrieta. Nini strives to maintain a high standard of loyalty, professionalism and amazing customer service that she has learned throughout her different life experiences. She enjoys helping the families we serve protect their loved ones and have peace of mind through estate planning.

Bianca graduated from California State University, Northridge with a bachelor’s degree in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing. She also holds a paralegal certificate.

Welcome Team Supervisor
Julia studied at California State University, San Marcos as a Business Major. She is well versed in Business Management and Client Relations, having been deeply involved in multiple family businesses and positions of leadership in Corporate Business for nearly a decade.
She has had extensive and immersive experience in the Trust Administration and Estate Planning field, first as a Trust Account Manager, and later at Shoup Legal as an Intake Department Supervisor. In her position at Shoup Legal, she feels extremely lucky to have such an impact in our community and takes great pride in her part of making such an important and sometimes difficult process easy. She truly understands the importance of assisting the families we serve and works hard with her teammates to ensure our clients are always satisfied.

Yolanda has over 20 years of extensive customer service and management experience. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and has also worked as a Medical Interpreter for over 7 years.
Yolanda joined the Shoup Legal team in 2023 and always strives to provide the highest level of service for our clients.
In her free time she enjoys horseback riding and reading but most of all she loves spending time with her husband and grandchildren.

Brenda graduated from CSU Fullerton with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Management concentration. She has 10+ years of experience working in the senior healthcare industry including social services at a skilled nursing facility, hospital liaison at a skilled nursing facility, Community Relations Coordinator for various assisted living & memory care communities, and Community Relations Director for private homecare services. Brenda joined the Shoup Legal team in 2024 and brings her drive to continue to be a resource for her community and guide individuals during difficult times in their lives.
Brenda lives in Lake Elsinore with her son. She enjoys hiking, bike ride riding with her son, roller blading, and finding fun new restaurants where her son can appreciate the diverse food SoCal has to offer.

Ursula graduated from National University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. She worked as a 911 Communications Operator for over 22 years until she retired in 2023. Not long afterwards, Ursula decided to rejoin the workforce and became a part of the Shoup Legal team in 2024. Ursula has extensive experience in customer service and the legal field and is excited to bring this along with her.
Ursula has one son who is the love of her life. Outside of the workplace, she loves spending time with family or snuggling on her couch with her other, four-legged son.
Ursula loves to travel and is always looking for a new adventure.
Estate Planning Assistant
Desteny was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and moved to Murrieta in 2013. She joined the Shoup Legal team in July of 2022 as an Office Services Assistant and has moved her way up into the Legal Assistant position. Desteny has 5 years of extensive customer service and management experience. She has a passion to make connections with our clients and provide them with the highest level of service.
Desteny is also in the pursuit of her career as an attorney.
Outside of work, Desteny enjoys learning new foods to cook, going to the movies, art museums, and any adventure that’s out there.

Kelli recently graduated from California Baptist University with her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She was also married in February and is enjoying the married life.
Kelli is currently an Estate Planning Assistant at Shoup Legal and is passionate about legal services and Estate Planning.

Zoe, a graduate from Boise State University, holds a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. Her time in the Pre-Law Society ignited her passion for law and advocacy. She hopes to one day become a lawyer.
Zoe’s favorite memory while at Boise State would be her times cheering on the sideline of the blue field for every home football game.
Beyond her academic pursuits of becoming a future lawyer, Zoe finds enjoyment in exploring new coffee shops, soaking up the sun at the beach, and dancing. From competitive dancing in her childhood to collegiate competitions and more during her time at Boise State, dance has been a lifelong journey of hers.

Alexa graduated from California State University San Marcos with a Master’s in Business Administration specialized in Supply Chain Management and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis Human Resource Management.
Alexa is passionate about leadership and cultivating company culture that supports the strategic vision of the firm. As the Director of Human Resources, Alexa loves being a part of building such a highly motivated and talented team here at Shoup Legal.
In her free time, Alexa enjoys coaching volleyball, spending time with family, and enjoying life as a newlywed.
Marketing Assistant
Meet Heather, our newest addition to the marketing team. Originally from California, she now calls North Carolina home, settling down with her husband, their two children, and four pets. Heather graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, bringing a wealth of knowledge to her role.
She started her journey as our Marketing Intern but has transitioned into the position of Marketing Assistant. Her responsibilities include actively contributing to managing our social media presence, crafting engaging content, and providing essential support to the Marketing Director and Coordinator.
Beyond her professional commitments, she finds joy in photography, house renovations, family game nights, and expressing her creativity through various crafting endeavors.

Oscar graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelors of Science degree in Animal Science with the original goal of becoming a Veterinarian. After a few years of working at an animal hospital, he decided it wasn’t the right path for him and moved down from Sacramento to Murrieta. Oscar now enjoys helping our clients and providing an excellent experience.
In his free time, Oscar enjoys watching movies, playing video games, and going to the gym. If he’s not doing that, he’s playing with his 2 dogs or trying to convince his cat to love him.

Christina earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology from Sonoma State University. She has over 10 years of business administration experience with her most recent experience being in Trust and Probate Administration. Christina has a passion for Estate Planning and Trust Administration. She enjoys assisting individuals and families through these processes.

Trent was born and raised in California and graduated from California State University San Marcos with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. After living and working in Los Angeles, he decided to fulfill a lifelong dream of living in Europe. Trent moved to Czech Republic in 2016 and worked for 3 years as an English teacher for business clients throughout the city of Prague.
